Members may not make unauthorized claims about products. All marketing materials must be approved by Value Hills prior to use.
Value Hills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all commissions and benefits will cease.
